NTR Turns Brand Ambassador for IPL 2018: Before one could forget Tarak’s hosting skills for the reality show Bigg Boss, the actor left Star MAA in shock as he rejected to host the second season of the super hit show. Natural Star Nani is expected to step into the shoes of NTR for Bigg Boss 2. The latest update says that Tarak has been roped in as the brand ambassador for IPL 2018. Star TV who holds the broadcast rights of IPL is localizing the content in Telugu and NTR’s promos will turnkey for this IPL Telugu.
A series of promos will be shot on Tarak and will be telecasted throughout the season on Star TV and on Star MAA. Before this, Star India acquired the broadcast rights of IPl from 2018 to 2022 for a record price of 2.55 billion USD (Rs 16,347 crores). IPL 2018 will kick-start on April 7th. Tarak once again joined hands with Star for promoting IPL after a successful show like Bigg Boss. The actor will be shooting for his next film in the direction of Trivikram from the mid of April.
