Expressing happiness over the development, PV. Sindhu said her first priority would continue to be badminton. “My focus will be on the sport only,” she added and thanked the Chief Minister for the job.
Upon in the Rio Olympics last year, the AP Cabinet had resolved to award Sindhu a cash incentive of Rs 3 crore, a 1,000-sq yd house site in Amaravati and provide the job. She received gifts from the TS government as well. She has to accept the job in 30 days and will be on probation for three years.
