Life Threat to Prakash Raj: Actor Prakash Raj is receiving multiple death threats. He is one of the most vocal critics of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and ruling BJP, who often takes to social media to express his view. Recently Prakash Raj also takes a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s fitness challenge video and wrote, “Dear supreme leader. we know ur busy with Fitbit challenge..yoga n EXERCISE..can u spare a minute and take a deep breath.. look around …and instruct bureaucrats to work with Chief Minister Kejriwal…(who is actually doing a good job ) and EXERCISE your DUTY too..#justasking.”
Earlier Prakash Raj who happened to be journalist Gauri Lankesh’s friend spoke against the BJP and said people like The Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath are “better actors” than him, and at times he feels like “giving his five national awards to them”. Earlier Prakash Raj also questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s silence on Gauri Lankesh’s death.
Gauri Lankesh, a critic of right-wing ideology and a fierce advocate of secularism, was shot dead as she returned home early in September from her office in Bengaluru. Prakash Raj also appealed to the people of Karnataka to not to vote for the BJP during Karnataka election. He said, If the BJP comes to power, the Reddy brothers will rule the state.
