The Pakistani actor Fawad Khan won hearts of many when he made his debut in Bollywood with Khoobsurat. However, the ban on Pakistani actors from working in the industry marked the end of his career in Bollywood.
While Fawad Khan has been going strong in Pakistan we hear the actor has been approached for several web series as well. According to sources, he has apparently zeroed in on a family drama, which is touted to be a five-episode series – Reported Deccan Chronicle.
“Fawad Khan has a huge fan following and after exploring television and films, now there are many makers who have been approaching him for web series. The actor also seems keen to work on a web series,” a source said. With more and more actors venturing into the digital space, it would be interesting to see Fawad discovering this new space.
Sadly, the ban on Pakistani actors Fawad Khan working in Bollywood brought his career in India to a screeching halt and left a million young hearts broken. Fawad Khan was last seen in Bollywood in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. This, however, did not stop him from working with swelling success in Pakistan.
